Construction of the circuits associated with the new 115 kV Biscucuy substation (Cerro Saguaz–Biscucuy–Palo Alzao–San José at 13.8 kV) and the 34.5 kV Chabasquen feeder, and Las Cruces, and retrofitting of the 34.5/13.8 kV Chabasquen substation for commissioning.

Construction of the Boconoito II circuit at 13.8 kV from the Sipororo 115/213.8 kV, 72 MVA substation in Portuguesa State.

Construction of a 34.5 kV medium-voltage line (circuit) from the El Baúl substation to the Arismendi substation in the states of Cojedes and Barinas.
